Have you got any idea what a hard assignment that is?? Just one favorite chocolate thing? There is no such thing. I like chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream and chocolate chip cookies and chocolate chips straight out of the bag will do in a pinch. Snickers and Reese’s cups and Hershey’s with almonds and Dark M&Ms and I could go on and on. The only thing I don’t like is cheesecake.
Send the cookbook and I’ll bake my way thru it. If you are close enuf you can come over and taste test with me!

Lately I’ve been loving that Chocolate Magic Shell on vanilla ice cream or hot fudge on ice cream. Otherwise, I just love plain milk chocolate, yum!
My favorite treat is a peanut butter crunch cake. It’s a pb cake with pb chips and chocolate chips and instead of just adding part of the chocolate chips I add the whole bag. It’s wonderful! And I’m having it for dessert tonight!

I love rich, fudgy chocolate, especially in the form of something like a 7-layer cake with several different kinds of chocolate in the layers and on the top and sides and oh man, I need a fix now!
