One of the first recipes I made was a mint chocolate ice cream. I steeped the mint leaves in cream for about 20 minutes, then added this cream to the chocolate ice cream recipe and woooow, was it amazing. Great homemade cookies should have great homemade ice cream to make this a truly amazing family treat. Last year I got one of those great ice cream makers. One of the first recipes I made was a mint chocolate ice cream. Great homemade cookies should have great homemade ice cream to make this a truly amazing family treat.
