How Molded Chocolate Is Made

August 7, 2007 by Heather R.

If this doesn’t make you drool I don’t know what will! This Discovery Channel video shows you how chocolate is made from the creation of the mold to packaging. Make sure you eat first!

The host is a little cheesy at first but nothing unbearable. :D

Very cool video! Man, I love chocolate so much.

I wanted to tell you that I saw a video on yahoo via AP about the fda maybe allowing vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter in chocolate. I don’t think I like that idea too much. Maybe you can find the video on youtube to use on your blog.

Thanks for the video tip, Julie! I had heard about the FDA considering that and just… UGH. I hope it was just a lame idea someone came up with and that they’re really not going to pursue it. Can you imagine?
