International Chocolate Festival

Wouldn’t this be a great event to attend?  The 5th annual International Chocolate Festival takes place in Obidos, Portugal from November 2 to 12 this year.  Unfortunately the deadline to submit recipe entries has passed, but there is lots to see and taste there.

There is an exhibition area where you can sample and buy chocolate from around the world.  There will also be a chocolate fashion show, with clothes and accessories made of, you guessed it, chocolate.  The ChocoBar features only drinks with chocolate in them.  The Children’s Chocolate House is designed with lots of activities for the younger crowd, and of course they get to spend some time “feeling and playing” with chocolate.  You can also take a course in chocolate making or visit an exhibit of chocolate sculptures. 

After reading about this festival on their website, I only have one question.  Who wants to send me there so I can review it?
