National Cookie Week & Emily’s Chocolates

I’ve had some major computer problems the last few days (everything seems to be fine now, knock on wood!) and wasn’t able to post about this in a very timely matter, but it’s National Cookie Week! To celebrate that and the launch of their newly designed website, Emily’s Chocolates is offering free shipping on online orders of $30 or more until Nov. 23, 2007 (that’s today!). Emily’s is also celebrating their 20th anniversary this year!

I was sent a very generous box of goodies and I can tell you they’re amazing. The nuts are fresh, and the chocolate is smooth and creamy. These would be perfect for holiday gift giving, birthday presents, thank yous, etc:

emily’s chocolates macadamia nuts

Milk Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts
Price: $8.99 (13 oz.)

The crunch of big, buttery macadamia nuts coated with sweet milk chocolate makes this confection one of Emily’s most popular gifts. Consider bringing Emily’s Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts to an upcoming dinner party as a unique after- dinner sweet. This treat would also be the perfect addition to any gift basket as it pairs well with wine and coffee.
