It’s the weekend – kick your feet up and relax with a chocolate martini!
It couldn’t be any easier to make. All you need is 6 parts vodka, 1 part chocolate liqueur, garnish of choice.
Combine the vodka and liqueur in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a chocolate curl, strawberry, or chocolate powder. That’s it!

How do I not have chocolate liqueur in my cupboard? Granted, that cupboard is pretty bare anyway but chocolate liqueur is something I really need to look into, I think. Anyway, I was surfing around for inspiration this afternoon and came across the drink below, which sounds delicious!
Chocolate Raspberry Martini
1 1/2 ounces Stoli Rasberi
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
Splash of dark creme de cacao
Splash of Chambord
Put all ingredients into a pint glass with ice and shake well. Strain contents into a chilled martini glass.

Bartenders may try to tell you this is a dessert drink, but it is good all the time. What better way to toast Valentine’s Day, or any day for that matter.
Ingredients:
2 oz. vodka
1-1/2 oz. white creme de cacao
Pour vodka and creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate coated strawberry or drizzle with melted chocolate.
