Chocolate Milkshake Day is September 12th, which means I’ve only got four days to plan for it! Just kidding, I’ll only need two.
Though the weather (in theory, anyway) is cooling down, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a nice cold chocolaty treat. Think of it as a farewell to summer!
The delicious drink couldn’t be easier to make. Simply put some chocolate ice cream, some milk and some chocolate syrup in a blender, give it a whirl, and voila — instant snack or dessert.

“When the term ‘milkshake’ was first used in print in 1885, milkshakes were an alcoholic whiskey drink that has been described as a ‘…sturdy, healthful eggnog type of drink, with eggs, whiskey, etc., served as a tonic as well as a treat’.
