This week’s Chocolate Zen is a delicious-looking hot chocolate. I’m not sure why it’s in a glass but it sure looks pretty!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I think I need to make a Starbucks run for another Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate (get it with a shot of espresso – it’s amazing! Thanks for the idea, 6thFloor!).

DeBrand Fine Chocolates Review

I recently had the chance to try some chocolate from DeBrand Chocolatier. DeBrand was founded in 1987 by Cathy Brand-Beere and currently has four retail shops and a mail order catalog.
My chocolate showed up in a very well insulated box, complete with cool packs that not only survived the trip across the country but also made it through the 108+ degree temps of a delivery truck all day!
