Dianne F’s most romantic moment:
A “Romantic Moment” is – as is beauty – in the eye of the beholder. Mine was the minute I met my husband – I hit him with a grape while he was sleeping on the beach . (I was actually aiming at someone else for a friend.) He looked up, smiled and went right back to sleep. Apparently, he liked what he saw, because he “called me”. That was 49 years ago.

Carla Spence’s most romantic moment:
Several romantic memories come to mind. One in particular was the anniversary of when my fiance and I first became a couple. We got Panera soup and brought it home and ate it while sitting on the floor by the fireplace. Then we cuddled and watched movies. It was fabulous!

AmandaK’s most romantic moment:
I was very sick with the flu and my boyfriend at the time was in a different state. He knew I loved flowers, so he ordered a red rose after we had hung up the phone. When I got the rose, on the card, he had said “I hope this makes you feel better.” I thought it was just very sweet of him!

Angela J’s most romantic moment:
It started our romantic, after complaining about yet another fishing trip my husband said, “Honey, there’s nothing better I would like than to have you beside me—” and before my heart even began to flutter he ended with, “–in a trout stream.”

Kasey Proctor’s most romantic moment:
Mine would have to be getting a note from my hubby to meet him at the boat dock where we keep out boat. When I got there he had some takeout from my favorite local restaurant, some wine, some chocolates and also a message from my boss saying that it’s see me late the next day. We took the boat up river, anchored for the night and had a wonderful evening alone with no interruptions.

After last week’s Ferrero giveaway and the discovery that they’re now making a dark chocolate treat, I’ve kept my eyes open for them!

I finally found the Ferrero Rondnoir yesterday at Wal-Mart. They were part a large display of Ferrero chocolates near the holiday items and were a pretty reasonable $2.97 for a 12-pack.

I should have stocked up because I’m not sure these things are going to stay on the shelves for very long once people realize how amazing they are!

The wafer shell of the chocolate looks familiar for a Ferrero – chocolate coated with bumpy bits. You really can’t mistake these for anything else!

The inside is a very creamy dark chocolate with a dark chocolate “pearl” in the middle — you can kind of see it peeking through in the picture there. It’s a slightly firmer little piece of chocolate inside the cream and a very nice little surprise.

The whole thing is very satisfying, from the crunch of the wafer shell to the creamy center to the chocolate pearl. A very delicious chocolate craving pleaser!
