A Halloween party doesn’t have to be all about sweets and candies — you can add a little bit of nutrition to your get-together (even if, well, it’s still covered in chocolate!). A “Chocolate Slime Fondue,” which is really just melted white chocolate with some green food coloring, would be a great addition to a help-yourself table at any party, get-together or even for a child’s school Halloween party (just make sure it stays supervised).

Chocolate Fondue S’mores

I seem to be on a s’mores kick lately. Maybe it’s the time of year, what with camping and cooler nights, etc.
Anyway, the above video shows how to make chocolate fondue s’mores with milk chocolate, marshmallow cream, and graham cracker crumbs. Yum!
Chocolate Orange Fondue

Chocolate Orange Fondue
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon orange liqueur
Heat the cream and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble at the edges. Remove from the heat, and immediately whisk in the chocolate, orange zest, and orange liqueur until smooth. Serve in a fondue pot over the lowest heat setting, or farthest from the heat source.
