I know the holidays are still over two months away, but I like to start getting an idea early on for the goody tins I want to give out to friends, neighbors and my kids’ school teachers.

I just came across this idea for chocolate pretzel kisses, and since it requires easy to find ingredients and pretty much no other prep aside from assembly and warming up, they might just make it into this year’s gift! I’ve always liked the idea of companies personalizing gifts — what would be better than a big block of chocolate, other than a big block of chocolate with your name on it?

Even President Obama knows what to get his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama, for Valentine’s Day: chocolate!
The President apparently put in his order several days ago for a chocolate brownie cake from Bake Me A Wish, a premium nationwide cake delivery service.
The site says that the Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake (which he apparently ordered) is a moist and fudgy brownie cake enrobed in rich chocolate which then gets completely blanketed in dark chocolate shavings before being finished with drizzles of milk and dark chocolate.
I think I need to pass that link on to my husband!
