St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow and because there aren’t many sweet — and especially chocolaty! — treats associated with the holiday you have to get a little creative if you want to make something to have after the corned beef and cabbage!

White chocolate frosting couldn’t be easier to make, and there are several variation. Pick one that’s easiest for you, or, if you’re like me, one that you happen to have the ingredients on hand for!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! While surfing around for something to do with the kids today (it being both spring break and St. Patrick’s Day), I came across this from Instructables: St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Shamrocks.
We don’t have a vacuum former to make molds but if I think about it in time next year I’m sure I could buy some ahead of time!

I know, that does not sound too appetizing. This was originally intended for a Halloween party, but there’s absolutely no reason it can’t be used for a St. Patrick’s Day party too! This comes from an episode of Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello on the Food Network.
Green Chocolate Slimedoo
2 cups heavy cream
2 ounces sugar
2 ounces butter
2 pounds white chocolate
6 to 12 drops green food coloring
