It’s been a while since I’ve done a chocolate giveaway, so it’s time! I still have a bunch of Twix Java ready to be sent off to five lucky winners! This contest will run through Monday, May 5, with a winner picked May 6th. Five winners will be drawn randomly from all entrants and will receive one Twix each. One entry per person please! Duplicate/multiple entries from one person will all be discarded. And yes, I can tell!

The response to the Cherry M&M’s and Twix Java giveaways have been absolutely amazing! Both have been submitted to online contest sites and I want to thank whomever did that!

Because the response has been so huge, I’m going to up the giveaway for the Cherry M&M’s to five bags given away instead of the initial three! So there will now be five winners for the M&M giveaway, the same as the Twix giveaway.

Again, thank you everyone who’s stopped by to leave a comment to participate! The chocolate giveaway contests haven’t ever gotten this response before, and I’m contemplating making this more of a regular thing!

You knew this one was coming, right? Not only am I giving away three five bags of the Wildly Cherry M&M’s, but I’ve also got a bunch of the Twix Java to give away too! I’m upping these to five packages to give away (meaning five people will each win one package) since more came in the box and there’s no way I’ll get through them all! This contest will go until Monday, March 3.

When I found the M&M’s last week I also found the much-talked about Twix Java. I hesitated, though. As much as I love coffee and many coffee-flavored things, there’s also the chance of getting the very fake coffee flavor which I don’t find appealing.

Each package is 2 ounces and contains the two standard Twix bars. The package says it’s “Coffee, Caramel & Chocolate Cookie Covered in Milk Chocolate.”

You can see the chocolate cookie in the bottom layer, followed by a little more chocolate and then the caramel on top. Though I’m not a huge caramel fan I’ve always liked Twix (I still miss the Cookies & Cream). This one was crunchy and chewy, as you’d expect, but overall I wasn’t crazy about the coffee flavoring. I managed to make it through one bar but couldn’t start on the second, so it was put away for later.

Overall it wasn’t bad! I know that’s not a glowing review but still, it’s chocolate, cookie, and coffee. With a combination like that it’s kind of like pizza - even when it’s not that great it’s still pretty good!
