Below are the winners of the Twix Java! If I don’t hear from a winner within the next 24 hours or they live outside the U.S. (I did get a few of those!), I will re-draw tomorrow and update here.
I used a random number generator for the drawing so without further ado:

Dana, who wrote: “cool! my two favorite things all in one bite”
Philip Halter, who wrote: “great prize”
Denise Mower, who wrote: “Ooooo Twix Java….read my mind….”
Nicole Barr, who wrote: “yummy!”
Kathy Bruins, who wrote: “Nothin’ better than chocolate and coffee!”

EDIT May 7: Two winners did not respond within 24 hours so [...]
Post from: Chocolate Bytes

Below are the winners of the Twix Java! If I don’t hear from a winner within the next 24 hours or they live outside the U.S. (I did get a few of those!), I will re-draw tomorrow and update here.

I used a random number generator for the drawing so without further ado:

Dana, who wrote: “cool! my two favorite things all in one bite”

<strike>Philip Halter, who wrote: “great prize”</strike>

Denise Mower, who wrote: “Ooooo Twix Java….read my mind….”

Nicole Barr, who wrote: “yummy!”

<strike>Kathy Bruins, who wrote: “Nothin’ better than chocolate and coffee!”

</strike>

EDIT May 7: Two winners did not respond within 24 hours so two new winners have been picked! They are:

Catherine Copeland, who wrote: “i love candy”

Barry, who wrote: “mmm mmm gooood!”

The winners have all been emailed so if you see your name above but haven’t heard from me, feel free to drop me a note to double check that it’s you (if you didn’t receive the aforementioned email).

Again, if winners do not respond within 24 hours a new name(s) will be drawn.

Thank you everyone who entered and please keep an eye out over the next several weeks for my next contest!

When I found the M&M’s last week I also found the much-talked about Twix Java. I hesitated, though. As much as I love coffee and many coffee-flavored things, there’s also the chance of getting the very fake coffee flavor which I don’t find appealing.
Each package is 2 ounces and contains the two standard Twix bars. The package says it’s “Coffee, Caramel & Chocolate Cookie Covered in Milk Chocolate.”

You can see the chocolate cookie in the bottom layer, followed by a little more chocolate and then the caramel on top. Though I’m not a huge caramel fan I’ve always liked [...]
Post from: Chocolate Bytes

When I found the M&M’s last week I also found the much-talked about Twix Java. I hesitated, though. As much as I love coffee and many coffee-flavored things, there’s also the chance of getting the very fake coffee flavor which I don’t find appealing.

Each package is 2 ounces and contains the two standard Twix bars. The package says it’s “Coffee, Caramel & Chocolate Cookie Covered in Milk Chocolate.”

You can see the chocolate cookie in the bottom layer, followed by a little more chocolate and then the caramel on top. Though I’m not a huge caramel fan I’ve always liked Twix (I still miss the Cookies & Cream). This one was crunchy and chewy, as you’d expect, but overall I wasn’t crazy about the coffee flavoring. I managed to make it through one bar but couldn’t start on the second, so it was put away for later.

Overall it wasn’t bad! I know that’s not a glowing review but still, it’s chocolate, cookie, and coffee. With a combination like that it’s kind of like pizza – even when it’s not that great it’s still pretty good!
