White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cranberry Cookies

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cranberry Cookies Recipes
1 c butter, softened
1 c granulated sugar
3/4 c packed light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz white chocolate chips
1 c macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
Heat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt with electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Stir together flour, and baking soda, gradually add to butter mixture beating until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts and cranberries.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. (Edges are golden brown and center is set.) Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
Chocolate Version: For chocolate cookies, omit 1/2 cup flour and add 1/2 cup cocoa!

I’ve made something very similar to these, they’re sinfully delicious! Anything with white chocolate and macadamia nuts is great in my book.
