Hotel Chocolat is pretty good, but very limited selection. Check out Chatham’s Fine Chocolates for a much bigger selection of truffles and bars from lots of world class chocolatiers.
But then I guess any chocolate that you WIN is GREAT chocolate!!!

Hi Heather – Chatham’s has been getting tons of press here in Phoenix in the past year. What I think is so cool is that they have this feature where you can build your own box of chocolates online – you pick from hundreds of truffles – any flavor combination you can imagine.
And it’s real quality stuff too – not cheap Sees candies junk. Chocolatiers like Knipschildt, Amedei, Dolfin, Theo, and…a whole lot more that I don’t remember!
Oooh yeah, and I bought a collection of Vosges bars from them about a month ago – Vosges has the best unique flavor lineup IMHO for bars.
