Keep your bacon from curling up with this cast-iron bacon press.
The press will speed up the cooking time on your bacon and also minimize the shrinkage. Also good to press sandwiches or quesedillas.

Well, I never would eat bacon in a million years. (I like soy bacon) But I just kept seeing this post title and I kept getting more and more curious as to why one might need a bacon press. Now I know — no curling. I have no idea when this information will come in useful but at least I can stop obsessing. And it is pretty cute. I bet you could use it as a tortilla press too. Those curl if you put them in a pan.
