You may remember that I raved about this very skillet back in December. It is a dream of a machine, and now you can win one! All-Clad makes such amazing stuff. I’ve never used an electric skillet before – it’s probably much more efficient (and lighter on the electric bill!) than heating up a skillet on the stove.
