Rockport Publishers/Quarry Books is seeking submissions for possible publication in 1000 Ideas for Decorating Cakes, Cupcakes & Cookies, an upcoming book by Sandra Salamony (author of 1000 Jewelry Inspirations, coauthor of 1000 Artisan Textiles) and Gina M. Brown (coauthor of 1000 Artisan Textiles). High quality photography is essential. Rockport is looking for photographs of the finished work, not step-by-step shots. Home bakers, pastry chefs, and independent artisan bakeries are all eligible to submit.

holiday/theme cakes
cutout and other embellished cookies
wedding cakes
any beautifully decorated dessert
