Oh, the things you can do with apples! Ever thought of making them into tea light holders? The smell is delicious.
The Candle Carver can help make those decorations happen! I would have liked one of these a few years ago – I made mini vases out of apples for my engagement party, but my holes were neither neat nor effective. Just too sloppy. Still very very pretty though! With a huge dahlia, in a green apple, it was lovely. Ah, good memories.

if i think of all the poor and hungry people i start to think it might be worth reconsidering. I am generally skeptical of wasting food… just a thought…
you could also just use an old empty tea light….
Great idea!
I uses small pumpkins and gourds. That way you do not waste “edible” food. I also used apples and we made apple sauce after the party.
