Classes for cooks with special challenges

I recently found out that there’s a class being held in the Champaign IL area that teaches kitchen skills for folks with physical challenges, either from birth or because of ageing, strokes, vision loss, etc. What a great idea!
In this particular class, the teachers are an occupational therapist and a dietician, and the cost is very nominal. In class, students get to try out many specialty gadgets and tools that have been adapted especially for their needs. For example, there is a gadget that hangs over the edge of a cup and alerts those with low vision that the hot water is close to the top.
Since we can’t all fly out to Illinois for this class, I wonder if there are any other potential teachers out there who would like to take this idea and run with it?
