The Epicurean Preservation Systems Wine & Champagne Saver is a gadget lovers dream. Complex, but effective. It uses a combination of stopper and pressure seal pump to preserve your wine. The preservation lasts longer than a cork – up to 14 days for just opened taste and aroma.
Move to ‘red’ for the optimal wine pressure and ‘blue’ for the optimal champagn pressure.
