Wilton has a darling non-stick cookie pan with Halloween shapes. Now, it the pan would only do the frosting for me too… About $12 for the pan.
Lucky for me, they also have a Halloween Candy kit for making store-bought pretzels into the more appropriate Halloween treats. I’m still not sure about the decorating part, but maybe if they walk me through it 
About $10 for the kit.
On the other hand, this Sight for Sore Eyes cupcake looks pretty easy to make, and they give step by step directions. Yay! And for those of us who are completely decorating-challenged, there’s always the sugar sprinkle stencils!
