If the price of electric keeps rising, one of these might be a good alternative to the motorized version. If nothing else, it would give you a workout in the kitchen!
I thought it looked like a great idea for here in New England where we lose power in the winter on a regular basis. Then I realized that even if I could mix stuff up, I still wouldn’t be able to cook it
