Ice Cream Ball

These colourful balls are for making ice cream. Yes, I know, they look like those hamster exercise balls, but they’re not. They are actually the easiest way to make ice cream I’ve seen in a long time.
What you do is put ice and rock salt into one end of the ball, and ice cream basics into the other. Roll it for 20 minutes, and there’s your ice cream. Don’t do all the rolling yourself – toss it to the kids or even let the dog have a go at it. It’s really that simple.
Here are the little details:
* makes one pint
* recipes included
* choose blue, pink or green
* ball measures approximately 7 1/2″ in diameter
