Kitchen gadgets that help you lose weight

Can you think of a good connection between your kitchen gadgets and your waistline? It occurs to me that if a FryDaddy is my favorite small appliance, I might be heading for trouble. But what about the other way around? Can using certain cooking tools and gadgets actually aid weight loss?

I think yes, and so do the folks at FitSugar. They have a list of 6 gadgets that can encourage healthy eating. Now, it’s true that if you use your vegetable steamer to soften up stale doughnuts, you’re not likely to lose weight, but let’s be realistic! My favorite on their list is the oil mister, shown above.
