Is a drying rack for your handmade pasta necessary? Maybe not, but it you’re going to do a marathon session of noodle making, it might be a really good idea! This Pasta Drying Rack promises you space for oodles of noodles…5 feet of space in fact. All on a rack that is only 18 inches high, and comes apart easily for storage. Nice hardwood parts with a smooth finish for about $13.

I have had one for years that looks like a towel rack. However, I have found that if you have a correct recipe, you do not need one excapt for esoteric recipies.
So you can just lay them on the counter and they won’t stick together? At least not too badly?
