Patio Fireplace & Grill & Smoker

Ok, this has got to be the craziest barbeque I’ve ever seen. The Patio Fireplace/Grill/Smoker ($80) from Hammacher Schlemmer is a charcoal grill, a wood-burning smoker, and an outdoor fireplace.

With 1370" sq. of tiered cooking surfaces, you can cook multiple items for even the largest of gatherings. It’s small enough for tight spaces, needing only 20" sq. of patio space.
A porcelain enameled bowl sits just above the fire and catches rendered fat before it drips onto the fire (preventing flame-ups that can burn food) and the bowl can be filled with water, broth, or wine to add moisture to meats while they cook. The six porcelain grill grates are removable, allowing you to hang large primal cuts vertically from the meat hook on the grill smoker’s ceiling. An exterior temperature gauge gives precise grill tempe rature readings while the doors are closed, adjustable vents regulate heat and smoke, the ash pan removes for ease of cleaning, and a metal screen keeps sparks inside the fireplace when the bottom doors are open.
