Silgranit Sinks

Writing about that gorgeous faucet today made me dream about my perfect kitchen. Ok, well not perfect kitchen, but the realistically affordable kitchen of my dreams. This is the sink that we have planned to give our kitchen an inexpensive facelift:

The Blanco SILGRANIT sinks combine 80% natural granite with acrylic bonds for superior hardness and scratch resistance, not to mention chipping and stain resistance. The sinks are also heat resistant, so you don’t need to worry about putting a hot pan into the sink. Up close, the slight speckled pattern with the matte finish is just beautiful.

We have yet to decide if we’ll stick with the double bowl or move to a large single bowl design (they are so handy). Undermounts are also available, but not an option in our case unless we replace our countertops. You can buy many of these sinks at your local Home Depot.
