The splat dish rack by Jill Davis innovates on a very old kitchen staple. Splat is a collapsable dish rack.
Unfortunately, it’s only a design concept. People with very little usable counter space and storage space would love this one to get to market! There are other dish racks that collapse on the market – a simple search on Amazon will find you a few – but none as sleek as this one.
