The Ultimate Chocolate Muffins

My friend Heather, over at Chocolate Bytes, shared her recipe for double chocolate nut muffins last spring. With very few changes (I use super-dark cocoa and chocolate), I’ve been making them ever since. I thought I already had a good chocolate muffin recipe, but Heather has made a convert out of me.
Visit Heather, not just for the great muffins, but for all her wisdom and recipes surrounding everything chocolate!

Share Something Sweet…a program to end childhood hunger in the United States

Share Something Sweet is a partnership between chocolate company Ferrero and Share Our Strength, a leading hunger-relief organization. This partnership is in its second year, and this year Ferrero has donated $150,000 to Share Our Strength and is giving others a chance to add to that donation. Chocolate Spatula Thermometer

The chocolate spatula thermometer takes the guesswork out of melting chocolate. We all know how fussy that can be, and how easy it is to burn your chocolate or to make it seize (such a pain).
This spatula features a chocolate-specific temperature guide for melting & tempering and for dark, milk and white chocolates.

Chocolate Sprayer

Why paint on chocolate when you can spray it on…. This chocolate spayer is turbine powered for high air volume with low pressure for a fine spray of chocolate.

This is for cakes, right?
Too bad we didn’t see this before Valentine’s Day…
