You may be sick of turkey by now, after eating a big Christmas turkey (if you do), and all the lovely leftover sandwiches, but another b5 writer, Tracey, wrote recently about a cooking gadget worth mentioning – a Turkey Fryer.
Tracey recommends the turkey fryer made by Masterbuilt, being electric with a digital control. The fryer automates the cooking based on the weight of the turkey, which is cool.
