What kitchen gadgets are on your Christmas list?

I’ve decided that the only thing on my list this year is a new pasta machine, and thanks to the helpful advice of readers here, I’ve decided on the Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine.

I would like to replace my electric mochi maker (panasonic) that got lost in a flood. Other than that, I think that I have everything…..
Unfortunatly, Panasonic no longer makes a model.
Tiger is the only automatic maker that I have found recently.

That’s a shame…I can find it listed in Panasonic’s online “catalog”, but when you click on the link, it goes to different products. Oh well, we’ll have to look at the Tiger, I guess! Coming right up…
