September Carnival of Travelers: The International Edition

Welcome to the September 7th, 2008 edition of the Carnival of Travelers.  And yes, I know it’s the 10th,  but sometimes little technical issues get in the way.  But we have a diverse group of bloggers and topics all centered around our September theme of International Travel.
