Business Class, Transatlantic Service

Have you ever wondered about what’s going on in First Class or Business Class while you’re paying for your drink and meal in Coach? Many times it’s not as exciting as what you might be thinking. But, on my recent Europe trip I was able to use some mileage points to upgrade to Business Class, and on a transatlantic flight the difference in the level of service and amenities is HUGE!

What Buys Your Frequent Flyer Loyalty?

I belong to several frequent flyer programs, and have recently gotten lots of information that these programs (along with hotel frequent gust programs) are adding lots of new features that are supposed to help secure my loyalty to the program.
But it’s not working! My loyalty is currently up for grabs!
Why? Because I’m getting tired of never being able to use my miles.
