Today’s Matchbook Monday is from Tavern on the Green, located in Central Park on the Upper West side of Manhattan (Central Park at West 67th Street).  It is one of the most successful independently owned restaurants in the U.S.

Top 10 NYC Movie Locations

For a long time, the only thing I knew about New York City was what I saw in the movies.  Now that I’ve visited many times, it was fun to take a look at MSN Travel’s list of the Top Ten New York movie locations.
Can you name movies that featured scenes from these recognizable NYC locations?  (I put some of the ones that I could think of in parenthesis.)

Free Wi-Fi in Central Park

Now that the weather is getting warmer with each passing day, I hate to pass up an opportunity to miss out on the sun and warmth that is summer.  And, it’s far more pleasant to catch up on email, write for this blog, and read the blogs of my friends and the travel industry, when I’m in a sunny environment.
