A room is a room is a room — unless it’s something special or different — and that what the Lighthouse Inn at Point Cabrillo is offering its guests.
The California coast bed and breakfast offers six room, four in the restored Head Lightkeeper’s House and two in Garden Cottages, the latter of which are wheelchair accessible, overlooking the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and Light Station. The rooms combine a vintage style with modern comforts, and the surrounding 300-acre nature preserve provides a home to area wildlife along with a spectacular, and unobstructed, view of the Pacific Ocean and bluffs. Time your visit carefully and you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of whales frolicking in the water below the Inn.
Guests can ease into their day relaxing with a cup of organic Lightkeeper’s coffee (or specialty teas), and then enjoy a five-course gourmet breakfast with menu items prepared from organically grown products for neighborhood gardens, farms, and ranches.
What else is there to do at the Lighthouse Inn?
