Conde Nast Traveler announced the results of its Business Poll. a poll of nearly 20,000 travelers who identify themselves as business travelers.
The airlines were rated in six categories: seat comfort/legroom, food/beverage, cabin service, onboard amenities/technology, airport lounge clubs, and frequent flyer program.
Results in the airline category, for those airlines flying U.S. routes, show Continental at the top of the list once again — landing at the top position four out of the past five years. Following Continental on the list are: Hawaiian Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United, American Airlines, Aloha, Northwest, Delta, Sun Country, and Spirit.
For those airlines only having one glass of service, Midwest tops the list, followed by: JetBlue, Horizon, Frontier, and WestJet.
Who do you think is the best?

It’s too bad I don’t have miles with Continental then! All mine are with Northwest and Delta. I flew with Northwest last month and was super unimpressed.
I REALLY liked Delta’s subsidiary Song Airlines so of course they got rid of it. I loved flying with them!
While “best” is always a very subjective test, it is interesting that Continental has been on top of the game for awhile.
I haven’t flown them myself for sometime, but have been relatively unimpressed with most domestic carriers lately.
