Hi Heather
I toted my tatting shuttle with me over the weekend, so I was able to get the tatted cord (and a couple of friendship bracelets, too).
Here's the link to the new tatted cord:

I just love the idea of this & must admit I like the tatted cord idea, too. But still string it on something so you can wear it until you can finish the cord, as someone above suggested. Great idea. ;-)

Hi Eileen
Thanks so much!
Yes! I see it as being very 'dancer-ly'.
The 'pas du chat' is an upward leap with the knees apart and feet almost clicking, right? (It's been a long time for me, too! LOL!)
I have had so much fun with this, and it's been so delightfully 'out of the blue'! LOL!
Isn't life fun?

Hi Carolee,
I agree! I really like the idea of the cord being tatted. This is so neat, because I love exploring new ideas. I hadn't thought of doing this before....

I've tatted lots of necklaces, but never a simple cord....

And, yes, I am going to take people's suggestions of including beads!

I love the way blogging is so interactive!
