My goodness, Maureen! And here I was complaining today about how the flowering trees and breezes were making my allergies worse. Your blizzard kind of puts things in perspective!
No offense, but if I had a choice of Pennsylvania or your home in Canada I think Lancaster County wins out (achoo!)
This is the coldest it has been in 54 years. Global weather changes are NOT good….
Brrrrrrrrrrrrr……..
flowers…. sigh……….
I am hoping that we will actually get some this year….
The weatherman said that it’s going to be bitter till the end of April. Other years, we’ve been eating asparagus from the garden by now.
sigh…….. ah well…..
Accck! I’m sorry, Noreen – I was thinking about my best friend, Maureen when I posted. Honestly, I didn’t forget your name! Maybe I should just start calling everyone Bob….. LOL
LOL!
No problem, Tammy!
My mother in law eventually gave up on names and called everyone, ‘Sweetie’. Because she was such a sweetheart, everyone loved it.
She brought out people’s inner sweetie.
You can bring out their inner Bob!
ROTFLOL!
Noreen )
It’s the worst blizzard I EVER remember! REALLY daunting!
and it’s still going on! yikes!
Feet and feet and feet of snow….. and REALLY cold! and more snow coming….. erg…..
It’s actually pretty scary now…. we’re snowed in (we live on a small farm). My husband had to put the snowplow blade back on the tractor and has plowed us out twice, but the snow is still coming.
Our son is 6′3 or 4 and the snow on the sidewalk by the side of the house comes up to his hip!
The woodshed is now empty, as the wood that we were storing for NEXT winter has now all been brought in for the wood burning stove in the studio.
Anyhow… we still have electricity, and that’s a very good thing!

I’m sorry to hear that Noreen. It’s so pretty where I am, but getting to hot for me. I dread the summer heat.
Hope the snow clears soon!
Oh, I meant to say “too hot.” I always seem to mess up on your comments. : )

What’s an extra ‘o’ or not in the middle of a blizzard? ROTFLOL!
