Free Membership with Free Paton’’s Patterns !

Do you have your free Paton’s Web site membership yet? If you don’t, go get it and enjoy some free patterns. There’s more there too and this is a Web site to join for anyone who knits and/or crochets regularly. Here are the features of the site:

1. Yarn Switcher – Ever love a project and not like the yarn the pattern recommends? This little form tells you (within the Paton’s brands) which yarns you can switch to without changing the gauge and potentially ruining your project. With the availability of yarn on the Internet, this makes it easy to find the perfect yarn for your project.
2. Yarn Catalog – When you buy online, do it with confidence. This catalog tells you about the different yarns and shows large samples of each color. Keep in mind, each monitor shows colors differently, so if you buy online, be sure you can exchange or email for a sample color before purchase.
3. Pattern Book Library – This is a great feature – pattern books are so often displayed, online at least, so that you can’t tell what is on the inside. You may get a great book but you might find one that just isn’t right for you. This shows you exactly what books Patons has and what is on the inside! I want several and I can personally recommend their sock book – it is one of my favorites!
4. Pattern corrections – As we discussed yesterday, mistakes happen. This is the page for Paton’s that gives the corrections to the mistakes that have been discovered in various pattern books.
5. FREE PATON’S PATTERNS – What more can I add – a free membership and free patterns. I love Paton’s patterns – if you haven’t tried them (they come in both knit and crochet) please do because I know you will love them!
