Hankering for Yarn

Have You Knit Your Veggies Today?

This is so cute! These are knitted vegetables for decoration, baby toys, kitty toys, or any number of uses. You will want to make these with just beginner knitting skills – small and fast projects that can go with you too!

On the menu you will find:

  • Eggplants
  • Cucumbers
  • Bananas
  • Carrots
  • Oranges

And I am sure with a little imagination, your orange could evolve into an apple. Cucumbers could become zucchini.

This would make a wonderful housewarming gift. Or bring it along if you are a dinner guest; make the traditional gift a little creative!

The pattern is free and the yarn needed is minimal. Have fun! (How about a cornucopia for Thanksgiving?) :)
