How To weave with a Weave-it loom

My sister in law delighted me with a wonderful tiny vintage Weave-it loom for Christmas. I have been mending my socks like mad with it since Christmas. Not one of the more romantic uses for it, but it’s still fun!

I have a collection of several different sizes of Weave-it (vintage) and Weavette (beautifully crafted new looms by Licia Conforti) and love them all. I have used them for all kinds of things: Dolls, bags, clothing, etc.

Did you know that there is a fantastic blog that’s dedicated to small loom weaving?  Yep:  eLoomanator

If you have Weave-it’s and Weavettes or Jiffy looms or other small looms, you’ll LOVE eLoomanator! You’ll learn the basics and waaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond!

I really ought to post this with an addiction warning… LOL!

These little looms are delicious and make you want to own more and more……… ooooooooooooooh!
