Kate’s glorious Christmas present!

Oh my goodness! Here I am, sniffing and leaking with joy-
A G A I N ! ! ! ! ! !
Kate, over at Babylune , came up with the most wonderful way to celebrate Christmas!
She asked people to tell her about their favorite charity. One of our important holiday traditions is to make a donation to our favorite charities.
And, one of our most beloved charities is the Stephen Lewis Foundation. Jim and I feel huge gratitude to the Stephen Lewis foundation for the brilliant work that they do for the women and children of subsaharan Africa. - Especially for the Grannies, who in the midst of grieving the death of their own children, now must raise their grandchildren (many of whom are infected with AIDS), in unseemly conditions of brutal difficulty.
Kate, bless her heart, has donated $60
to The Stephen Lewis Foundation, as her Christmas blessing to them. I love it that I won this contest! What a way to win!
Oh, I am just over the moon….
Kate, you are a wonder and a joy! Thank you, thank you!
I am hoping that many more people will support the Stephen Lewis Foundation!
And if you could pop by Kate’s blog and say thank you, that would be great, too!
Hugs and blessings
Noreen
You have made our Christmas even more special! joy!

Noreen- What I have come to realise is that the Generous December Group Writing Project turned out to be is a gift to myself. I really loved every moment of it.
I was certainly deeply moved by what you did, Kate – so you have brought a lot of joy to many people! How perfect is that?
Thank you again!
