Hankering for Yarn

Okay, in my last posting , I said that I’d probably never make another one of these tricky monkey puzzle knitting bags…..

yah sure…….

So, guess what we are doing right now?

Ironing brown paper!

Yep… it’s time to make some templates……..

and iron some fabric and start cutting:

before I start stitching…. there’s a bit of trickiness that has to be transferred to the templates………

The knitting bag looks oh so simple!

Ha!

let me just say that again:

H   A  H ! ! ! ! ! ! !

but, once we’ve broken the code…. it’s going to be so much more do- able.

Which is good…. because our daughter would like one, and a friend has written to say that she wants one, and  and and….
