BeBe Bee Baby Balm

Winter can be harsh on your skin and if you love to knit/crochet, you may find your hands in need of a little TLC. Working with yarn isn’t as enjoyable when it catches on dry skin! I keep hand lotion around. Buying trial sizes and stashing them in your project bags is a good way to make sure you always have some moisturizer nearby.

One hand balm I use and love is BeBe Bee Baby Balm from KnitPicks. If your hands are dry, this will help. It’s full of all natural ingredients, the smell is light and pleasant and it absorbs well. However, I find that I can’t pick up the needles right after applying — I have to really rub it in; otherwise, it can feel kind of slippery.
