I have been spinning up a storm this past week…..
Here’s some bombyx silk that I’ve spun up and am spool knitting like mad with to finish a project for workshops I am teaching in September.

OMGoodness! You spin your own yarn and stuff? And what is this cute little painted wooden piece with the darling painted girl on it? I see a cord coming off of it. It almost looks like you are using this wooden thing like a Lucet. Is this a type of lucet?

They’re 2 peg spool knitters, so, yes, in a way, they are kind of like lucets.
I love the square cord that they make.
