Her work reminds me of the art nouveau decoration and sculpture of Antoni Gaudi in Barcelona. Her website is animated and a sensory feast.

]]> Ming Yi Sung is a fiber artist who has a wonderfully offbeat sense of humor. She did a very whimsical outdoor crocheted sculpture of a life size woman engaged in a mealtime battle with a reluctant chicken.

She posted a series of photographs of the installation and unveiling of the piece, and then…. oh no!
