2009 is the year of the Natural Fiber.

You’ll be hearing about this a lot in 2009!
It’s really expensive to maintain a herd of fiber animals!
B U T- here’s the great news!
You can help support a lovely fiber farm in a truly concrete way,
AND you get a luscious treasure from your goodness…..

Spin spin spool spool….
spin some more
spool some more…..
(As I get things completed, I’ll upload pics. Right now, there’s a million half done projects all in a flurry of studio whirling!)

Some things are just so good, you want to share them.
I’ve posted about support spindles before, but I just have to list them high on my ‘Neato’ list! I love my Royale Hare, and have had it for ages. I am assuming that they still make them, because I found them on the internet, and saw them at the Knit and Crochet show a year or so ago.
I think of it as being the
world’s smallest spinning wheel.
neato? yes.
affiliations? no.
