My scarves (and table runners) on Weavezine

A week or so ago, a couple of my designs were featured in an article that I wrote for Weavezine.

I designed a couple of scarves
that show several techniques.
One thing that they illustrate
is how to weave a narrow band
of fabric and then to use
my ‘mitered loop’ technique
to make a piece that is twice
as wide, but 1/2 as long as the
original woven fabric.

Earlier in May, I read on my dear friend, Terri’s blog about a virtual scarf project.
I was intrigued, and have been thinking about it since.
I am deep into meeting deadlines (VERY tight ones!) on my new book. I debated about taking time off from the book to weave a scarf for the virtual small scarf project.
